Brewing
The sophisticated Goulburn facility is built around a fully automated Rolec brewhouse. Rolec is the provider to many of the largest names in international brewing and utilises scaled technology that is highly customisable and reliable.
Processing
Processing equipment from GEA and Della Toffola are fully automated to ensure precision and hygiene.
Packaging
Our packaging plant is one of Australia’s most flexible, able to produce cans, bottles and kegs in a wide variety of formats. Our packaging hall is fully automated from world leader Krones from packaging in, to pallet out, to ensure high product consistency and changeover speed.

Tribe is DNV Management System certified for:
HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points)
Food Safety System Certification 22000 (ISO 22000:2018, ISO/TS 22002-1:2009, Additional FSSC 2200 requirements V5.1)
Analytical Lab
Tribe has a full suite of analytical instruments that allows us to track the superior quality of our products from raw materials through to final dispatch.
Consistency is achieved through BIRA membership to ensure that quality standards are always maintained.
Micro Lab
Tribe has a full in-house microbiological testing program with regime developed to international standards. We plate samples of every product at each control point on over four different unique media – resulting in an extremely robust and transparent micro assurance outcome for all our products.
ACO
